Cardiac Rehab RN

Summary

Job Summary:  Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to Cardiac Rehabilitation patients at PRMC. Develops, implements and reviews program protocols, standing orders, policies and procedures with the Medical Director.  Develops and updates admission procedures, exercise guidelines, emergency protocols, staffing patterns and record-keeping routines with the Medical Director also.  Implements the orientation of new participants, is responsible for the initial assessment of the participant and assists in the development of the plan of care with other staff members.  

Job Qualifications: Must be an RN in the State of Kansas. Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience in coronary critical care or comparable or with cardiac patients. ACLS certified. CPR certified.
