Our Community
Pratt is strategically located in south central Kansas on highways U.S. 54, 281 and 61. The location offers many advantages – small-town charm, yet close proximity to the cities when needed. Pratt is approximately one hour from Wichita. Agriculture and the railroad have helped form the community into the regional trade center it is today. Our regional medical center along with a community college, outstanding educational system, oil and gas industry, a manufacturing base, cotton gin and ethanol plant provide opportunity and strength to our community.
The Pratt area and surrounding counties offer some of the richest hunting opportunities in the state.
