Pratt Regional Medical Center’s mission is to provide excellent, compassionate healthcare, and our culture mirrors our mission. Our employees are our most important asset and we take care of them so they can provide the best care possible to our patients. Our culture reflects that fact that whether an employee is by the bedside, behind a desk, on the phone, they play an important role in the experience our patients and their loved ones have at PRMC.

Communication is important to taking care of our people, so we communicate with them through our By The Way weekly internal newsletter, quarterly Employee Forums that let employees hear directly from the Executive Team and others, and in frequent emails to the entire staff. Individual departments organize birthday and holiday celebrations and the Peoples Committee works hard to engage employees throughout the hospital in fun activities. We are always looking for new and meaningful ways to make our employees feel like they are a part of a family of people who care about them as individuals.
