Home Health Administrator

Summary

Job Summary:  This position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing clinical operations of home health services under the direct supervision of the CNO.  This position ensures that all associates, including skilled nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides, provide service and function in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as company philosophy, policies and service standards.  The administrator also cultivates strong relationships with the community, professional organizations and key influencers in conjunction with company goals.

Qualifications:  Graduate of an accredited ADN school of nursing; RN required; BSN desired; 2 years related experience as an RN; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
