Summary

Job Summary: Provides technical support to all PRMC organization users. Installs and maintains the organization's computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Sets up user accounts and profiles. Troubleshoots problems that arise and resolves them in a minimally disruptive manner. Assists with training end users.

Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university or Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicants must have knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 or newer Operating Systems. Certifications such as A+, N+, CNA, CNE, MCSE, and CCNA are recommended but not required. The ability to work well with others, and to have good personal and communication skills are a must.
