Summary
Job Summary: Develops, implements, coordinates and monitors policies and programs covering all aspects of employment activities and personnel administration for the hospital. Monitors and interprets federal and state regulations affecting personnel administration. Reports to Chief Operating Officer. Provides HR service in all aspects of recruitment, benefits, career development; investigates and resolves day to day employee relations problems and conducts routine salary administration duties. Directs benefit and wage programs.
Job Qualifications: BA/BS and 3-5 years of HR experience required, SHRM -CP preferred.
